All reservations must be secured with 100% advance payment.

Full payment must be received at least 30 days before the check-in date, along with a confirmed booking voucher.

Bookings will be confirmed only upon receipt of complete payment.

Payments must be made in favour of the designated company account as shared at the time of confirmation.

GST will be charged as applicable:

12% GST on Room Tariffs

5% GST on Restaurant / Meal Bills

The hotel reserves the right to release unguaranteed bookings without prior notice.
