1. Reservation Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed only upon receipt of 100% advance payment within the specified timeline.

2. Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in: 2:00 PM

• Check-out: 12:00 Noon
  Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may attract additional charges.

 

3. Identification

All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in. Foreign nationals must present a valid passport and visa as per government regulations.

 

4. Extra Person & Child Policy

Extra bed charges and child policies apply as published at the time of booking. Maximum room occupancy must be strictly adhered to.

5. Taxes

• 12% GST applicable on room tariffs.

• 5% GST applicable on restaurant/meal bills.
  All taxes are charged as per the Government of India regulations and are subject to change.

 

6. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and refund policies are applicable as per the published policy at the time of booking. No refunds will be applicable in case of no-show, early departure, roadblocks, accidents, or unforeseen travel disruptions.

 

7. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to maintain decorum and respect the heritage nature of the property. The hotel reserves the right to refuse service to anyone causing disturbance, damage, or misconduct.

 

8. Damage to Property

Any damage to hotel property, furniture, or fixtures will be charged to the guest at actual replacement or repair cost.

 

9. Force Majeure

The hotel shall not be held liable for failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or unforeseen events.

 

10. Right of Admission

The management reserves the right of admission and the right to modify policies without prior notice.
